Pharmaceutical PVC rigid sheet is a pharma grade packaging substrate made from medical-grade polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin through precision extrusion, calendering and other processes. It is mainly used for pharmaceutical aluminum-plastic blister (PTP) packaging, suitable for solid preparations such as capsules and tablets.

The product strictly complies with national pharmaceutical packaging standards (e.g., YBB 00212003-2015) and has obtained compliance certifications including GMP and ISO9001.

It contains no harmful impurities and meets pharmaceutical hygiene requirements (e.g., heavy metals ≤1.0mg/kg, no pathogenic bacteria), preventing adverse interactions between drugs and packaging. With excellent transparency (≥85%), barrier properties (low oxygen/water vapor transmission rate) and thermoformability, it is compatible with high-speed blister packaging machines.

It not only ensures the stability of drug efficacy within the shelf life but also meets the efficiency needs of industrial production. Meanwhile, the entire production process is carried out in a Class 100,000 clean workshop to avoid secondary pollution.
